Reece has many years’ experience in a variety of roles across all media - as a manager and content creator. This knowledge and experience is vital for creating ideas, strategies and plans for the digital age.

Reece is an experienced project manager, information architect (e-learning), systems designer (databases), researcher, instructional designer (learning materials) and content integrator (writing, editing and programming).

Before establishing Binary Blue, Reece was the manager of Australia's largest community radio station 3RRR-FM and the multicultural station, 3ZZZ-FM. He then worked at the ABC as a program developer before managing the national traineeship centre for Arts and Entertainment, TEAME.

Reece is a member of the RMIT University Media Program Industry Advisory Committee, Deakin University Masters of Arts: Creative Enterprise Academic Advisory Board and a member of the Charles Sturt University Industry Advisory Group for the Masters in Information Architecture.
